We are located in a border town-VA/TN, and this loft overlooks the Public Library and Blackbird Bakery. Come rest, relax & renew, then discover our unique Downtown. Our loft is smartly appointed, just bring a change of clothes and your toothbrush and explore our Twin City! Downtown Bristol is a vibrant place with lots of local restaurants, craft breweries, coffee shops, music venues & shopping!
The space
We restored this historic building, and you will love the cool vibe and ambiance! We have provided everything you might need during your stay, and we stringently follow all of the Airbnb cleaning protocols to clean and sanitize each unit.

Private entrance. The loft entrance is at the rear of the property. We have a dedicated parking lot, and the loft entrance is up the back steps. Guest must be able to climb stairs, but it's only 26 steps up to this gorgeous second-story Cozy Urban Loft!

Getting around
Our Downtown is very walkable. If you have your own transportation, the city and surrounding area are easy to navigate. We do have limited bus service around town. Uber and Lyft are available and rental cars available at the airport.

We had a wonderful stay in Bristol! The apartment was lovely—very cozy with a great eclectic vibe. Our hosts were amazing and so thoughtful. I especially appreciated the handwritten note and the snacks that greeted us upon arrival. The space was spotless and felt very comfortable. A huge bonus is having Blackbird Bakery right across the street (though it’s dangerously delicious if your stay is too long!). Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and location. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

I am not sure that I can do this stay justice with word alone! What a fantastic place to stay, lots to do with in walking distance, so comfortable and cozy to stay in, Karen was the most amazing host, easy to communicate, made allowances for my adjustments in arrival, checked in just enough to ensure that everything was great! would give this 100/100 if allowed. Come stay here you will not be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! WOW!!! I wish I could rate higher. They have absolutely everything you could want or need! The loft is amazing!! Karen and Monica are so wonderful!! Lots to do and the people in this town are so friendly!! We loved it so much and highly recommend a visit to Bristol!! Lots of great food!! Beautiful town!!

I will absolutely recommend Karen’s place from the sweet note to the cozy touch in every space. Karen was very responsive to my messages before and during our stay. She gave great recommendations for local things to do in my booking details as well as in a binder in the loft. We enjoyed the space so much that we barely got out. Karen’s place is within walking distance from downtown. The bed was comfy and we liked the abundance of blankets and pillows. The bathroom was very stocked with towels, cloths, shampoo……even offered essentials that you may have left at home. The kitchen!!!! Loaded coffee and tea bar essentials, spices, plates,etc. We also appreciated that the check out process was easy. All we had to do was put the towels in the hamper, cut off lights and make sure all trash was in the can. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely look for Karen’s Cozy Loft!!

Karen’s place had everything that’s important to us. Great location, extremely clean, really good communication with the host and quiet and comfortable. We will definitely consider it again.
There was also a wonderful attention to extras. Umbrellas, flashlights and slippers in the nightstands and toiletries if you forget anything. Also water in the refrigerator. Very nice 😊

We had a really wonderful stay. The place has a great vibe and delivers a really high quality experiences. There are a ton of little touches that add up to a really high quality experience. We loved how well the the kitchen was stocked, how the place was furnished, a little but important things like having a place to plug in at night. They also provided updates to what was going on in town, which was unobtrusive but helpful. We could not recommend staying here enough.
