This stylish and updated RaceDay Condo is nestled in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee and sits DIRECTLY in front of Bristol Motor Speedway. While staying in this tastefully decorated suite, you will have access to an elevator, hot tub, pool, fitness center, and a private clubhouse. We are only 10 minutes from Downtown Bristol. This space is ideal for travelers coming to BMS, Creeper Trail, Music Festivals, Golfing, Shopping, or to discover the area. Also great for Travel Nurses & Doctors!
The space
This well-appointed condo has been designed and outfitted with everything you will need for your stay. It’s a 2BR unit, each with its own private bath. There is elevator access to your front door, and you can park your car in our gated parking lot. While staying with us, you have full access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse. The hot tub normally opens in April, and the pool and hot tub normally close in mid-September.

Getting around
Our Downtown is very walkable. If you have your own transportation, the city and surrounding area is easy to navigate. We do have limited bus service around town. There is also Uber and Lyft available. Rental cars are available at the airport.

We had such a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed, from toiletries to laundry detergent, which made packing so much easier. The view was stunning, and Karen was incredibly responsive and so sweet throughout our stay.
My two boys had a blast in their bedroom watching movies and playing games, and they especially loved the rec room and the pool. It kept them entertained the entire trip!
This was truly a perfect getaway for our family, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Pristine Place. Place spotless. If you forgot something, no worries, she has it, event 1st aid kits. Bathrooms well stocked, hair dryers, bathing supplies, even a fan if needed. TV Plenty of supplies (dish detergent, trash bags, coffees, snacks, etc). The place was so cozy, and beds very comfortable.
Responsiveness superb. Quick response to any question you may have. She even sends messages to check to see how everything is going.

We stayed at Karen’s place for a music festival at the Bristol Motor Speedway. Super convenient to the event (within walking distance). We loved the cleanliness and top notch amenities. Everything you would ever need is provided. Karen is a very thoughtful host who knows what guests might need and provides it plus more! Very comfy beds, luxurious linens and fully stocked kitchen. The condo was pristinely clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. 5 + stars

What a fantastic, wonderful condo. There is nothing that the owner did not think of. Beautifully equipped, comfortable, and clean better than any motel/hotel I have stayed in. We stayed at Karen’s condo, 2 couples-TX and OH, for a funeral and being able to relax, be together in a comfortable place was exactly what we needed. You will not be disappointed in staying at the condo.

Karen is a great host !! If you have never stayed in her places your really missing out. She is very nice and responds to any questions you might have during your stay. Her places are always so nicely decorated and really make you feel right at home. Her places are very clean as well. If we go to Bristol we try and book with her.

I traveled to Karen’s place with my mother and 2 small kids. It was perfect for us. The condo is absolutely beautiful and exactly like the pictures. She has really thought of just about everything you might need during your stay and made it available. Everything was very clean and with lots of towels , extra toiletries, extra blankets, etc.
If you are traveling with kids, there is plenty of room for everyone. Plus games! We will definitely book this place again when we are back up to see family!
