Our Downtown is very walkable. If you have your own transportation, the city and surrounding area is easy to navigate. We do have limited bus service around town. There is also Uber and Lyft available. Rental cars are available at the airport.

Extremely nice loft apartment with absolutely everything you need! Love the tall original ceilings and the brick wall. Very clean! Bed was also very comfortable. We really appreciated the bottled water and the lemonade left in the fridge. Great location to walk to breakfast and dinner. Would highly recommend.

What a beautiful and convenient place! The description cannot capture how great this space and location are in this lovely town. Karen has literally thought of absolutely everything to make you feel at home. Everything was spotless, beautiful furnishing, linen and decoration was wonderful. its so refreshing when old buildings are revived and modernized. There is even a lovely deck to enjoy and Karen's recommendations were perfect. Very walkable! One of the best properties I've been fortunate enough to stay in. Thank you!

This place was a fabulous stay, it was well stocked, with nice extras for you if you forgot something, such as a toothbrush. Very comfortable bed, cool looking interior, and comfortable stay near lots of options for food and drinks. If we are ever in the area we would definitely stay there again.

Karen’s place was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and she really did think of everything! We have AirBnb’d many places over the years and both of us agreed that the loft was THE best smaller space we’ve ever stayed at!
Bristol is close to so much - we biked the VA Creeper Trail, walked and ate in downtown Bristol, and we visited the Caverns. Karen even left us a handwritten note with many local recommendations!
We’re already looking to see when we might be able to return and rent one of her larger places so our adult children can come back with us!

We had an amazing time. The loft was cozy and perfect. Located right on State Street, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Karen made sure to check in and ensure that we had everything we needed. There was a handwritten card waiting when we arrived that was so sweet and thoughtful. I would 10000% recommend staying here! Karen is a great host and the loft is beautiful, clean and has everything you could need.
